At FLORAWELL Massage & Holistic Wellness, our policies are designed to create a calm, respectful, and professional environment for both our clients and practitioners. These guidelines help ensure that every visit remains smooth, safe, and restorative.

Appointments & Booking
Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
All clients are required to complete a health intake form prior to receiving services. For accuracy and safety, the intake form must be completed by the client receiving the service and may not be filled out by another person.
Health intake forms must be updated every 6 months to ensure we have the most accurate information regarding your health history and current conditions.
Arrival & Late Policy
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to settle in and complete any necessary paperwork. Arriving early helps ensure you receive your full treatment time and a relaxed start to your session.
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show and will incur a $65 no-show fee.
If you anticipate running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate when our schedule allows, though your session may need to be shortened to respect the appointments of other guests.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the schedule of other clients. The full service fee will still apply.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly request that appointments be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $65 cancellation fee.
Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments may be denied future bookings at the discretion of FLORAWELL.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full session price and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated.
We accept all major credit cards, cash and Apple Pay. Service prices may be updated at any time.
Gift Cards
Gift cards must be presented at time of purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for informing their practitioner of any injuries, health conditions, pregnancy, medications, or recent surgeries prior to their appointment.
Massage therapy and holistic services provided at FLORAWELL are intended for wellness and relaxation purposes and are not a substitute for medical care.
If you are unsure whether a service is appropriate for your condition, please consult your healthcare provider.
Professional Boundaries & Client Conduct
FLORAWELL is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both clients and staff.
Massage therapy is a professional therapeutic service. Any inappropriate, sexual, or disrespectful behavior toward staff will not be tolerated.
If a client engages in sexual harassment, inappropriate comments, gestures, or behavior toward a practitioner or staff member, the session will be terminated immediately.
The card on file will be charged full price of the scheduled service plus a 20% automatic gratuity, and will be permanently refused future services at FLORAWELL.
Any solicitation of sexual services will result in immediate termination of the session and permanent refusal of service.
Right to Refuse Service
FLORAWELL practitioners reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of practice.
Personal Belongings
Please keep personal belongings with you during your visit. FLORAWELL is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Policy Updates
FLORAWELL reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.
