24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Otherwise you may be charged a cancellation fee of $65.00.
Late Policy
If you are more 15 minutes late your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and a no show fee of $65.00 will be charged to the card on file.
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to avoid being late.
Repeated Cancellations Policy
Repeated cancellations and reschedules will result in the loss of online booking privileges. Future appointments will then require full payment at the time of booking.

Gift Card Policy
Gift cards must be presented in physical form at the time of service. Gift cards cannot be used towards discounted services (such as new employee promotions). Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given for purchases that are less than the gift card balance.
Product Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns. This policy is in place to prevent the potential spread of bacteria or contaminants and to ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, unused product.
Sexual Harassment Policy
We are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Sexual harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave and the card on file will be charged the full service amount in addition to 20% gratuity.
Children & extra guests Policy
Due to the quiet nature of our services we kindly ask you do not bring extra guests to your appointment.
